1.Auto feeder

This machine is equipped with a one-touch acceleration function. After the main machine speeds up, the delivery section, oven, feeder, and metering roller will all automatically adjust according to the machine's running speed.

The metering roller is responsible for controlling the oil coating thickness, and its parameters can be set on the touch screen.

3.IR dryer

The working principle of the IR dryer is as follows: When infrared rays reach the coating surface, part of them are reflected or absorbed by the coating surface, and the rest penetrate into the interior of the coating. Among the infrared rays that enter the coating, some pass through the coating, while the remaining part is absorbed by the coating and converted into heat energy, which increases the temperature and accelerates curing.

The oil coating machine refers to the process of coating the glazing paint on the surface of the printed matter and leveling and drying it.
