In 2008, we cooperated with NAXIS for the first time on uv coating machine project. After years of common development, they have expanded from the Shanghai market to Qingdao, Dongguan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and now, there are branches all over the world! NEW STAR is not only an equipment supplier, but also a strategic partner for customer development.
In 2018, Our company and the Russian agents jointly developed the laminating machine adds UV drying process, which successfully realized that the solid base matte film does not turn white or burr after folding, which is much convenient for the subsequent die-cutting and embossing procedures. We are always customer-oriented, providing customized solutions and comprehensive technical support.
In 2022, Responding to the call of environmental protection in the whold post press industry, we cooperate with Malaysian customer to develop a new product - Multifunctional coating machine. It can use high-grade coatings such as film replacement oil, matte oil, soft touch oil and anti scratch oil. Not only environmental protection, but also saving consumables. NEW STAR focuses on providing customers with environmentally friendly and efficient equipment to help customers achieve sustainable development goals.
In 2024, we cooperated with Japan Gulin Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. to develop a new model FHSGJ-760 spot uv coating machine to produce Kao shampoo packaging boxes. We use LED UV light sources to make the product odorless and without exhaust emissions. We not only focus on product quality, but also on technological innovation and service upgrades.
